1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 444kc platform at https://444kc.club (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 444kc (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of any 444kc service — including browsing, account creation, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any updates to them.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 444kc, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, crash games, sports betting, in-play betting, promotional offers, the cashier and payment facilities, and the customer support service.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the 444kc platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times while the account remains active:

Where a player is found to be under 18 years of age: (a) the account will be immediately and permanently suspended; (b) all pending withdrawals will be cancelled; (c) any winnings generated during the period of underage use may be forfeited; and (d) the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Requirements

Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and operate only one (1) account on 444kc. If 444kc identifies that a player holds more than one account — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices were used — 444kc reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated across those accounts, and retain any deposits used to abuse this policy. 3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 444kc will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify 444kc immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 444kc cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

444kc operates a Know Your Customer process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before a withdrawal is processed, when your account reaches certain transaction thresholds, or at any time 444kc deems verification necessary. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

444kc supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 444kc does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 444kc account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect depending on the processing times of the originating bank. 444kc reserves the right to reject deposits from payment sources that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering controls. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 444kc targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals may be delayed if: (a) your KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal triggers a risk review; or (c) there are technical issues with the payment provider. 444kc will communicate any delays to the player via the registered email address.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

444kc is committed to preventing money laundering and the use of the platform for any illicit financial activity. Any deposit must be funded from a source that belongs to and is under the control of the registered account holder. 444kc reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 444kc are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. Where a general bonus term conflicts with a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence. 444kc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. If the time limit expires before the requirement is fulfilled, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

444kc takes a strict position against bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; hedging bets across outcomes using bonus funds; using automated software to exploit bonus mechanics; and coordinating with other players to systematically extract value from bonuses. Where bonus abuse is identified, 444kc reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings generated from it, and suspend or permanently close the offending account(s).

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on 444kc, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with the platform in any way not explicitly permitted.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided and the bug must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, especially in live dealer games.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds through the platform on behalf of a third party.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 444kc staff member or other player.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where appropriate.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any other reason beyond 444kc's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Any gambling losses sustained through legitimate use of the platform.

444kc provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 444kc does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent closure of your 444kc account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, 444kc will process the closure within a reasonable period. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 444kc

444kc reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or collusion; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification; underage gambling; account inactivity for an extended period; or any other reason 444kc considers sufficient to protect the integrity of the platform. 11.3 Dormant Accounts

12. Amendments and Governing Law

444kc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 444kc platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 444kc complaints and disputes process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 444kc with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
